Knowing where to turn for help is not always easy. United Way funds a variety of hotlines that are available 24 hours a day to help people access the resources they need to stay safe and healthy.

2-1-1 @ IMPACT is a free and confidential 24-hour central access point for information and referral to family, health and social services throughout Milwaukee County and the surrounding areas. By simply dialing 2-1-1, people in need of help can speak to community resource specialists who are trained to assess multi-dimensional issues and utilize a computer database of nearly 4,000 programs to connect callers to the right resources, the first time.
